All NOSTRADOVUS pieces are handcrafted to order from natural leather and other natural materials. As each piece is made individually by hand, minor variations in grain, colour, texture and finish are inherent to the materials and are not defects — they are part of the character of a handmade object.

Product images are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. Colours may nevertheless appear differently depending on your screen and settings.

Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include the value of the product and standard worldwide shipping — delivery is complimentary, with the shipping cost already included in the price you see. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices do not include any import duties, customs charges or local taxes that may apply when your order is delivered outside Romania. Such charges, where applicable, are your responsibility.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment your order is confirmed.

By submitting an order and completing payment, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. A contract is formed once we confirm your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example where a product cannot be produced, where there has been an obvious pricing error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. By paying, you agree to Stripe’s terms and authorise the charge for the total shown at checkout. Your order enters production only once payment has been received.

Shipping is complimentary worldwide and already included in the product price. Because each piece is made to order, please allow approximately 7–14 business days for production before dispatch. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the destination and the courier. Any delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. For deliveries outside Romania, you act as importer and are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT and related charges.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 and Directive 2011/83/EU.

Please note an important exception: under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised. As NOSTRADOVUS pieces are produced to order, and any bespoke or personalised pieces in particular, the standard right of withdrawal may not apply. Where the right of withdrawal does apply, returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for goods that are faulty, damaged in transit or not as described. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@nostradovus.com.

All content on this website — including the NOSTRADOVUS name, logo, designs, product photography, text and the overall look and feel — is owned by NOSTRADOVUS SRL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of this content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOSTRADOVUS SRL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or its products. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

As a consumer, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
